Role overview
MIU is seeking faculty members for open-rank appointments across all academic areas. The position may be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on institutional needs and candidate fit. Academic rank is open and may include Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, or Lecturer.
Teaching and academic duties
- Deliver undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the assigned discipline.
- Conduct lectures in English.
- Support curriculum planning and other academic initiatives.
- Advise and mentor students as part of the faculty role.
- Take part in university service activities when required.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree or above in a relevant subject area; a Ph.D. is preferred.
- Proven ability to teach in English.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfort working in a diverse, multicultural university setting.
