Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and technologically adept Factory Supervisor to manage daily production functions. The position requires a candidate with 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in the food manufacturing sector, who is proficient with computer-based inventory management and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise workers by monitoring attendance, shift management, and enforcing discipline on the production floor.
- Distribute daily work assignments to staff to meet the production schedule and targets.
- Use computer systems to oversee stock levels of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products.
- Perform routine administrative duties, document production output, and address operational challenges immediately.
- Maintain compliance with food safety protocols, hygiene guidelines, and applicable industry regulations within the manufacturing area.
