About the team

The Facilities team is hiring a skilled Facilities Support Technician with an electrical or mechanical background to help launch the company’s first manufacturing site in Europe. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role will support site operations by managing documentation, technical information, and facilities-related data. Experience in a regulated maintenance setting, familiarity with Maximo CMMS, GMP awareness, and strong communication skills are important for success in this role.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and review technical data from internal systems.
  • Create scheduled and ad hoc reports for Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
  • Read and interpret technical materials such as drawings, schematics, and process data to support investigations and reporting.
  • Assist with trend review and data analysis for investigations and improvement work.
  • Support the handling and closure of non-conformances with accurate and timely records.
  • Help prepare and update controlled documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and reports.
  • Work with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to gather information and support issue resolution.
  • Provide practical technical input on quality-related matters based on hands-on experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence efforts.
  • Keep maintenance and repair records complete, accurate, and always ready for audit.
  • Use Maximo CMMS to monitor and manage maintenance activity.
  • Ensure maintenance work follows GMP requirements.
  • Follow health and safety rules and help maintain a safe workplace.
  • Take part in audits, risk assessments, and stress-testing activities for facility systems.
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors as needed.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, along with a high school diploma, certificate, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong technical background in electrical or mechanical disciplines.
  • Practical experience using Maximo CMMS.
  • Solid knowledge of GMP standards.
  • Good understanding of safety procedures and compliance obligations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with BMS/EMS systems.
  • Exposure to report preparation and technical documentation.
