Job Summary
The Facility Engineer is responsible for maintaining office facilities in excellent operational condition, covering areas such as meeting rooms, workstations, lighting, HVAC, sanitary fixtures, fire safety measures, and security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and execute maintenance activities to uphold the functionality of office infrastructure.
- Liaise with building management to manage external maintenance services and building-related upkeep.
- Support procurement processes related to office equipment and necessary supplies.
- Contribute to office space management, coordinating relocations and supporting various projects or events as needed.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification in engineering, facility management, or a related discipline.
- Have at least one year of professional experience in office or property management sectors.
- Demonstrate a service-driven mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to quickly absorb new information.
