Job description

Role Overview

This position is based in Delhi and supports the branch with day-to-day administrative and facility-related operations. The role is intended to ensure that business functions run smoothly through effective office support, vendor coordination, and upkeep of workplace infrastructure. It is a local-level role with a medium-term influence on organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office infrastructure by ensuring telephone lines function properly, coordinating with MTNL, handling monthly billing, monitoring housekeeping, arranging pest control, maintaining potted plants, planning seating layouts, and tracking canteen menus, food quality, raw material usage, waste reduction, and utility consumption such as water, electricity, and LPG, along with processing related weekly and monthly bills.
  • Coordinate with government bodies and regulatory authorities such as NDMC, MCD, Police, Fire, Electricity, and Transport departments to secure approvals, exemptions, and subsidies, while also managing compliance obligations and helping establish administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage company guest houses and property operations by supervising bookings for the Delhi region and overseeing the upkeep and functioning of the organization’s properties at Hardwar, including Madhuban and Kasturi Ashram.
  • Support facility operations by working with the Project Department when needed, monitoring annual maintenance contracts for office equipment, checking vendor service levels against agreed terms, and negotiating, selecting, or renewing AMCs to ensure efficient use of people and resources.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should be graduates or MBAs with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in facility, administration, or related operations management.
