About the Hospital
Das Spital Nidwalden is a modern acute care hospital with 90 beds and approximately 600 dedicated employees. Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ to join our general ward on the 2nd floor from August 1, 2026, or as agreed. The position is full-time (100%).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support patients thoroughly during their stay at the hospital, providing skilled and evidence-based advice.
- Play a significant role in guiding and supporting apprentices during their training.
- Participate actively in change management and team development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a recognized Fachfrau/mann Gesundheit EFZ certification.
- Maintain composure and clear judgment even in demanding or challenging situations.
- Approach all individuals with respect and empathy.
- Have experience with digital clinical information systems and demonstrate openness to adopting new technologies.
