Exterior Day Porter (Garage)

Role overview

This full-time position is focused on keeping the parking garage clean, orderly, and safe for everyone who uses it. The work is primarily outdoors and centers on maintaining a hazard-free environment for visitors and staff.

What you will do

• Carry out regular trash collection and removal throughout the garage.
• Clean and maintain elevators so they remain presentable and sanitary.
• Keep stairwells clean and clear to help reduce safety risks.
• Support the overall appearance of the parking garage on a daily basis.
• Help with other Environmental Services duties when operational needs require extra support.

Purpose of the role

The main objective of this job is to preserve a well-kept, safe, and welcoming garage environment through steady cleaning and upkeep. By removing debris and addressing potential hazards, the position helps improve the experience of both visitors and staff while supporting broader facility operations.
