Job description
Role overview
Exyte is recruiting a Planner to support data center projects across Northern Europe. The position focuses on helping project delivery through detailed programme development, ongoing progress tracking, risk oversight, and reporting to senior leadership. A strong background in 4D planning is essential, particularly hands-on experience with Synchro 4D.
About the Data Centers division
Exyte provides end-to-end data center services, covering both design and construction with an emphasis on efficiency and reliability. Its integrated delivery model has supported a wide range of global projects, including advanced intelligence facilities, hyperscale data centers, colocation sites, and cloud-computing projects, delivered through both traditional and modular construction methods.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of 4D planning and visual simulation work across one or more data center projects.
- Build and maintain integrated 4D models that connect programme schedules in P6 or Asta with BIM 3D models.
- Create and apply standards for 4D sequencing, model coordination, animation deliverables, and digital governance in line with project and company expectations.
- Serve as the main 4D contact point between Planning, BIM, Construction, and Project Controls functions.
- Convert construction methods into practical, logically sequenced 4D simulations spanning civil, structural, MEP, white space, and commissioning stages.
- Work with BIM leads to maintain model quality, classification accuracy, and work-package breakdowns that align with WBS structures.
- Promote strong digital planning practices across data center projects.
- Create reusable 4D planning templates and standard processes for campus-style developments.
- Assist with connecting 4D outputs to Power BI or other reporting dashboards where needed.
Requirements
- A relevant degree in construction is required.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in data center environments is needed.
- Project management or schedule management certification is required.
- Advanced skills in Synchro 4D are essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 is required.
- Experience with BIM tools and workflows such as Revit, Navisworks, and IFC is needed.
- Sound understanding of construction sequencing in CSA, MEP, and commissioning-led environments.
- Ability to connect schedules with 3D models and manage model-based quantity take-offs.
- Good grasp of WBS structures, coding logic, and programme governance.
- Comfortable working with site teams, BIM managers, planners, and senior project leaders.
Application note
Applications are accepted only through the company’s application portal. Email submissions will not be reviewed because of data protection requirements.

This opportunity is suited to experienced planning professionals who can combine scheduling, 4D modelling, BIM coordination, and project controls in a data center delivery environment.
