Job description

About BRB

BRB is a mass-premium, better-for-you snacking brand targeting India's urban and health-conscious Gen-Z consumers. The brand is anchored by its Popped Chips, which are neither fried nor baked. It also features two sub-brands: BRB Shortcuts (Peanut Butter Wafers) and BRB NoNo's (Baked Toasties). Their products are distributed through q-commerce, Amazon, modern retail, vending machines, corporate sectors, and HORECA channels. Currently, the brand is in a growth phase, expanding its presence.

Role Overview

The Experiential Marketing Executive for the BRB food truck will lead the entire event process — from identifying and securing events to planning, execution, and final cost reconciliation. The position lies within the marketing department but focuses heavily on operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source events by researching and evaluating suitable opportunities, negotiate terms, manage permissions, and confirm logistical arrangements in advance.
  • Plan all pre-event activities, including procurement, inventory control, food preparation scheduling, manpower allocation, vendor coordination, and dispatch readiness.
  • Oversee on-site event operations by supervising staff, ensuring service standards, and guaranteeing a seamless customer experience aligned with brand values.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures related to hygiene, food handling, service quality, and customer interaction, and train personnel accordingly.
  • Manage logistics such as vehicle routing, driver scheduling, and parking, while maintaining knowledge of licenses, permits, and event regulations within Delhi NCR.
  • Conduct post-event activities including stock reconciliation, waste management, billing, and sharing operational insights with the Marketing Manager.

Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in operations, food and beverage, hospitality, event management, or logistics.
  • Educational background in hospitality or food technology is advantageous.
  • Proven experience handling on-ground teams or managing event operations.
  • Know-how of food hygiene, handling, and customer service standards.
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure involving multiple dynamic elements.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, inventory management, and basic billing.
  • Knowledgeable of venues, routes, permits, and regulations across Delhi NCR.
  • Availability to work on weekends and during event days is mandatory.
  • Residency within the Delhi NCR region is required.

Reporting and Work Environment

This role reports to the Marketing Manager and operates at the interface between marketing and operations, ensuring each activation is operationally efficient and brand-enhancing.

Desired Attributes

  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Hands-on operator who executes tasks proactively.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to manage and motivate people.
  • Process-oriented with a hospitality-focused mindset.
  • Local expertise of the NCR region.
