Experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst and Caller - Healthcare RCM

Position Overview

Global Healthcare Billing Partners, a leading provider of healthcare business operations and outsourcing solutions with presence in Chennai, Atlanta, and Chicago, is seeking experienced professionals for the roles of Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst and AR Caller. We specialize in supporting the U.S. Healthcare Industry by optimizing revenue cycle management processes while reducing operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze unpaid and denied medical claims to identify issues.
• Communicate with insurance companies to verify claim status and obtain payment updates.
• Determine reasons for denials and undertake necessary corrections to claims.
• Resubmit corrected claims and manage records accurately within the billing system.
• Ensure maximum revenue recovery for the organization by diligent follow-ups.
• Make timely calls to insurance providers regarding claims, follow up on pending payments, and escalate unresolved problems as needed.
• Maintain detailed call logs and update notes in the claims management system.
• Work on aged reports with the goal of closing older outstanding claims.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates must have prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Proven skills in handling Accounts Receivable tasks in the medical billing domain.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with insurance companies.
• Ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation.
• Graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply.
