Job Overview
The company is hiring AR Callers for its Vepery and Velachery offices in Chennai. This role is for a US healthcare AR Caller working from the office in a night-shift setup.
Role Responsibilities
- Carry out accounts receivable follow-up work with a focus on denials and resolution.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding unpaid claims, appeals, and related cases.
- Track claim status and support recovery efforts for outstanding receivables.
- Use basic MS Office tools for day-to-day work.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in AR calling is required.
- Prior exposure to AR follow-up and denial management is necessary.
- Experience handling insurance calls, unpaid claims, and appeals is expected.
- Strong communication abilities are important for the role.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is needed.
- Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts.
- Any graduate can apply, provided they have the required AR experience.
