Role Overview

The Executive Vice President of Operations is a part-time, remote leadership position responsible for managing daily operational activities and ensuring they align with strategic company goals. This role involves leading and guiding operational teams, establishing performance targets, and implementing strategies to boost efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. The EVP oversees profit and loss responsibilities, tracks key financial indicators, and collaborates with senior leadership to optimize resource deployment. Daily tasks consist of directing project execution, analyzing operational reports, coordinating cross-department initiatives, and spearheading continuous improvements across teams. Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders is critical, as is the ability to handle escalated operational challenges and contribute to long-term organizational planning and growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management including process optimization, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in P&L management and financial oversight to monitor budgets, margins, and profitability.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and stakeholder management to maintain positive client and partner interactions.
• Capability in Strategic Planning to convert long-term objectives into operational tactics.
• Experience in Project Management encompassing planning, execution, risk mitigation, and delivery across diverse projects.
• Significant executive or senior leadership background in operational roles, preferably within complex or scaling organizations.
• Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities suited for a remote working environment.
• A history of leading continuous process improvements, managing organizational change, and scaling operations effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline; advanced degrees such as MBA are advantageous.
