About the Role
NLB Services, a rapidly expanding workforce solutions provider with over 14 years of experience in IT consulting and multiple industry domains, is seeking an Executive for US Finance specializing in Accounts Receivable. This position is based in Noida and involves working the US shift. The role is tailored for fresh graduates aiming to start their professional journey in finance and accounting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Track and manage pending invoices and receivables from customers.
- Engage with clients and insurance companies to ensure timely payment of outstanding amounts.
- Identify and resolve issues related to billing and payments promptly.
- Maintain and update payment records to ensure accuracy of financial documentation.
- Reconcile customer accounts to facilitate effective collection processes.
- Collaborate internally to address invoice-related questions and discrepancies.
- Generate reports detailing accounts receivable and collection progress.
- Adhere to established company policies and financial procedures.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Fresh graduates holding degrees such as B.Com, BBA, or other finance- or commerce-related qualifications.
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards and accounts receivable workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and fundamental formulas.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Availability and willingness to work during the US shift.
