Communication Coach / Voice and Accent Trainer - International

Role Overview

As a Communication Trainer specializing in Voice and Accent, you will play a critical role in enhancing linguistic proficiency and customer-centric communication skills for new hires and existing team members. Your focus will be on delivering comprehensive training on language skills, cultural nuances of regions such as the United States, and soft skills enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct linguistic and customer-centricity training sessions aimed at refining communication capabilities.
• Deliver training on cultural subtleties relevant to key international geographies, especially the US.
• Design and develop interactive, engaging, and impactful learning content that caters to varied learner profiles and styles.
• Assess linguistic ability of learners using the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) as a standard.
• Participate in calibration sessions to maintain balanced and consistent evaluation standards.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop targeted plans addressing identified requirements.
• Plan and lead continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring their impact and effectiveness post-implementation.
• Systematically record training outputs, actions, and engagement touchpoints for tracking and analysis.
• Research and apply innovative methodologies aimed at enhancing language comprehension and performance in non-native speakers.
• Follow all defined protocols, key performance indicators, guidelines, and company policies to assure a uniform and high-quality learning experience.
• Promote collaboration by engaging with teams, supervisors, and other departments to identify and address communication-related learning requirements.
• Acquire certification in procedural and campaign-specific training to add value to communication training programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience delivering language, soft skills, and cultural training.
• Demonstrated proficiency at the C2 level of the CEFR (English).
• Strong digital literacy with expertise in Windows OS, Apple OS, MS Office, and G-Suite tools.
• Awareness of contemporary pop culture trends and relevant references.
• Possession of a graduate degree.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment and readiness to travel locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally as required.
• Outstanding time management capabilities with the aptitude to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Creative and energetic presenter who connects well with audiences and demonstrates superior interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented individual actively participating in internal and cross-departmental initiatives.
