Key Responsibilities
- Leverage various sales tactics such as calls, emails, networking events, client visits, and social media to generate new business prospects and identify legal hiring candidates.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, prospects, and candidates at local, regional, and national levels for direct hire and executive placements.
Desired Qualifications
- Located preferably in Ohio, Tennessee (Nashville), Illinois (Chicago), or within the Midwest region.
- Strong business sense coupled with excellent customer service aptitude.
- Outstanding skills in business development and communication, with problem-solving capabilities.
- At least two years of recruiting experience, ideally in executive search within the legal sector.
- Prior sales experience considered an asset.
- Enthusiasm for fostering remarkable experiences aligned with company values and a commitment to inclusion and belonging.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
