About SFORS

SFORS is a trading firm specializing in global financial markets, particularly as a leader in premarket proprietary trading. With over 20 years of consistent success in stock markets, SFORS invests heavily in trader development, advanced technologies, innovative risk management, and effective trading strategies. The company operates exclusively with its own capital and does not manage external funds. SFORS is expanding its presence in the UK and seeking an Executive Operations Manager for its London office.

Role Overview

As the Executive Operations Manager, you will be responsible for executing key operational priorities and driving business initiatives within the London office. Partnering closely with the Country Head, you will lead cross-departmental efforts, manage projects from conception to delivery, streamline processes, and support the UK business’s growth with structured tracking and resolution of operational challenges. Success hinges on excellent organizational skills, project management expertise, commercial insight, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a dynamic international setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of strategic business projects from initial approval through successful completion.
  • Break down strategic directives from the Country Head into detailed action plans with clear milestones and deadlines.
  • Manage local projects including office infrastructure development, relocations, new procedure implementations, and other operational initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion with quality standards met.
  • Deliver consistent and structured progress reports to the Country Head.
  • Serve as the main coordination hub between UK teams and global departments including Finance, Legal, Office Management, and Operations.
  • Translate global headquarters requests into actionable tasks for local teams, oversee dependencies, and flag potential risks or delays proactively.
  • Compile reports, presentations, and decision documents for senior leadership review.
  • Maintain seamless daily operations of the London office, covering IT services, security, logistics, workplace management, and vendor relations.
  • Administer vendor contracts, procurement, performance monitoring, and service quality assurance.
  • Prepare office infrastructure and services to support team expansion, new hires, business meetings, and internal events.
  • Establish and maintain operation protocols, checklists, service standards, and escalation procedures.
  • Identify operational risks and implement measures to mitigate them.

Candidate Profile

  • Solid background in business operations, executive operations, project management, or office operations roles.
  • Experience in fast-moving industries like FinTech, proprietary trading, financial services, or other high-growth sectors.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional projects from initial planning to execution.
  • Experience supporting senior executives such as a Country Head or General Manager.
  • Background in vendor management, procurement processes, tenders, and service level agreement monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of UK business practices and local service markets.
  • Experience supporting new or rapidly growing office environments is advantageous.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and dedicated to delivering results.
  • Skilled at developing and managing comprehensive roadmaps, milestone tracking, and handling project dependencies.
  • Familiarity with project management software like Jira, Asana, or Confluence is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and interdepartmental coordination abilities.
  • Competent negotiator with solid vendor management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset coupled with the confidence to challenge constructively when needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.

Benefits

  • Annual leave totaling 35 days (27 regular days plus 8 UK bank holidays).
  • Comprehensive private health and dental insurance coverage.
  • Partial reimbursement for selected sports, wellness, rehabilitation, and therapy sessions.
  • Financial assistance for professional education and training programs.
  • Access to internal learning opportunities including guest speaker events, social and cultural activities, and a corporate library.
  • International work environment with the chance to significantly impact the growth of SFORS’s London office.
