Job Overview

This role is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, focused on sales and marketing within the home décor segment. The executive will lead store teams to boost décor category sales while ensuring operational standards are met to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and guide store staff to drive sales performance.
• Manage and increase store-level gross merchandise value (GMV) and revenue.
• Directly oversee and enhance productivity of store personnel.
• Maintain and improve customer engagement and satisfaction indices.
• Interact with customers to support sales conversion efforts.
• Lead on-ground activities to generate demand effectively.
• Provide servicing support to dealers, managing their health cards and coordinating issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Handle dealers’ sales accounts and follow-up on material servicing related to Sleek, Bath, UPVC, and WT products.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the store, ensuring smooth order servicing and addressing any operational issues.
• Implement and uphold hygiene standards within the store environment.
• Promote operational excellence at the store level.
• Leverage digital tools and processes to enhance customer conversion rates.
• Train and groom the team in partnership with central training resources.
• Participate in recruitment to build an effective sales team.
