Role overview
EY is hiring an Executive for HR Operations within the CBS Talent Attraction & Acquisition team in Hyderabad. The position sits within a global professional services environment focused on assurance, tax, transactions, and advisory, and supports the organization’s employer value proposition and broader talent strategy.
Team context
The Talent team works across functions and service lines to shape strategic solutions that support business goals. It partners with business leaders to provide talent guidance, strengthen local engagement, and bring the firm’s strategy and employer brand to life. The wider HR ecosystem includes business partnering, talent acquisition, learning and development, mobility, compensation and benefits, HR systems, operations, data reporting, analytics, and HR technology initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of talent attraction approaches aligned with business objectives.
- Use recruitment data and analytics to measure effectiveness and improve hiring outcomes.
- Conduct market and competitor research to sharpen talent acquisition strategy.
- Maintain and improve candidate relationship management practices to strengthen the talent pipeline.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to advance hiring and talent-related initiatives.
Required profile
The role calls for a candidate with a collaborative working style who can support multiple client groups while respecting commercial and legal boundaries. Qualifications and experience
- A PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is required.
