Role overview
This position sits within EY’s Talent Attraction & Acquisition team in Gurugram and focuses on HR operations that support hiring and recruitment delivery. The function works across business areas to provide practical talent support, strengthen the employer value proposition, and help translate HR strategy into day-to-day execution.
About the team
The Talent team partners with business leaders to offer strategic guidance on people matters and to deliver integrated talent solutions. Its work spans business partnering, talent acquisition, learning and development, mobility, compensation and benefits, HR systems, operations, people analytics, and reporting. The group also uses global platforms and processes to support HR technology initiatives and improve the employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support talent attraction and hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the recruitment process.
- Assist with recruitment operations by following structured workflows and standard HR tools or systems.
- Maintain candidate records, interview schedules, and recruitment documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Contribute to end-to-end recruitment support aligned with the organization’s staffing requirements.
- Work with general consulting and stakeholder-support skills to help process-driven HR operations.

Education

Experience and background
Relevant exposure in recruitment, campaign management, recruitment operations, and HR business partnering is expected.
