About BlueCare and the Role
BlueCare, one of Australia's largest and most reputable aged care providers, is undergoing a significant phase of transformation, reform, and growth. We are searching for a distinguished executive leader to collaborate closely with enterprise strategy, foster innovation, and drive sustainable growth within our BlueCare services. Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
- Steer BlueCare’s enterprise strategy development and execution to align strategic priorities with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.
- Lead major transformation and reform projects aimed at enhancing sustainability, customer outcomes, and organizational capabilities.
- Manage portfolio governance to ensure strategic initiatives are prioritized, resourced adequately, and successfully implemented in partnership with UnitingCare’s strategic framework.
- Guide commercial evaluation and investment decision processes to support sustainable growth opportunities.
- Innovate and scale new service models responding to evolving customer needs, funding changes, and marketplace dynamics.
- Provide executive leadership to marketing, brand visibility, and sales efforts to drive overall commercial growth.
- Leverage customer insights, market intelligence, and performance metrics for strategic planning and informed decision-making.
- Forge and maintain strong partnerships with enterprise strategy leaders, governance bodies, and external stakeholders to accelerate strategic outcomes.
- Inspire and cultivate a high-performing team culture emphasizing innovation, accountability, and continuous enhancement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Strategy, Commerce, Health Administration, or related fields.
- Extensive executive leadership experience overseeing large-scale transformation and strategy implementation within regulated sectors.
- Proficiency in enterprise portfolio governance, program delivery assurance, and benefits realization practices.
- Robust commercial acumen including expertise in investment decision-making supporting sustainable growth initiatives.
- Proven track record interacting credibly with senior executives and boards, delivering clear decision papers and progress reports.
- Experience leading marketing, market presence, and sales enablement strategies to ethically generate and convert demand.
- Postgraduate qualifications in business or similar disciplines and experience in aged care are advantageous.
