Job description

Role Overview

This is a senior operations leadership position for a regional director who will oversee several locations within a private equity-supported management services organization in the eye care space. The role focuses on strengthening financial outcomes, standardizing how locations operate, and creating a foundation for scalable expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day operations across multiple sites to keep performance aligned and execution consistent.
  • Take ownership of regional profit and loss results while improving revenue and controlling costs.
  • Guide and mentor location leaders so they can build teams that are capable, accountable, and performance-focused.
  • Carry out strategic growth and improvement initiatives in an energetic, fast-moving environment.
  • Maintain a strong patient/customer experience across every location in the region.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
  • Extensive background in leading operations across multiple sites.
  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L and improving financial performance.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and align teams spread across different locations.
  • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and decision-making capability.
  • Well-developed communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Previous experience in a multi-site leadership role, preferably in a PE-backed or MSO environment.
  • Solid understanding of both financial and operational management.
