Executive Director / Deputy Executive Director

About the Role

Heartware Network, one of Singapore's leading youth organisations, seeks a seasoned Executive Director / Deputy Executive Director to guide the organisation strategically for the next quarter-century and beyond. This leadership position demands a visionary capable of steering the group toward sustainable growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive strategic plan and annual budget for the organisation each year.
• Foster an organisational culture that attracts and retains diverse, high-calibre talent.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with volunteers and strategic partners to support the organisation's financial sustainability.
• Coordinate preparation of agendas, reports, and materials for board meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of eight years in a senior leadership role within a respected organisation in human services, non-profit management, public administration, or a similar domain.
• Proven track record in fundraising with responsibility for bottom-line results.
• Demonstrated experience developing large-scale programs.
• Good knowledge of the local youth sector ecosystem and major youth organisations.
• Strong ability to foster a collaborative work environment internally and with external partnership networks.
