About the Role
The Singapore Global Network (SGN), a division of the Economic Development Board (EDB), aims to cultivate a robust global community comprising overseas families, friends, and supporters of Singapore. The network focuses on expanding connections among individuals whose expertise, affinity, and influence can enhance Singapore's business and talent landscape, while promoting Singapore as a dynamic global hub in Asia.
The Design, Capacity and Culture (DCC) team oversees the development of people-centric experience and service design, manages workplace experiences, operates funding programs, and handles various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement, culture development, internal communication, change management, and organizational growth.
- Evaluate funding applications based on pre-established standards and criteria.
- Assist with back-office tasks such as procurement procedures, event coordination, meeting secretariat duties, and data entry or processing as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess at least a diploma in any field with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Comfortable using or learning digital platforms like Salesforce and event management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be a Singaporean citizen.
