Role Description

We are seeking dedicated Executive Assistants to contribute to our company's expansion. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a team united by a strong commitment to teamwork, service, and excellence. Each Executive Assistant will leverage unique skills tailored to their executive's specific role, personality, and communication preferences. Your Impact

Executive Assistants at Salesforce understand that their success is intertwined with the executive's, fostering a genuine atmosphere of collaboration and job satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules to ensure executives can fulfill their duties efficiently and in an organized manner.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, including team, staff, all-hands, off-site, one-on-one, and client meetings.
  • Proactively prioritize calendar events, considering customer meetings, release cycles, fiscal calendars, ongoing projects, team requirements, and major company events like Dreamforce.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel in compliance with Salesforce's travel policy, managing necessary visas, costs, and documentation.
  • Effectively liaise with internal Salesforce employees and external senior executives, identifying key stakeholders across all organizations.
  • Provide support for catering, luncheon arrangements, and other business-related meeting planning as needed.
  • Undertake additional administrative and project-based tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must reside in one of the specified locations and be willing to work a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in the office).
  • For candidates in Austin, proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within a global software company.
  • Demonstrated skill in executing administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail, organization, and process management.
  • Experience setting up and managing virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Webex, GoToWebinars, and Google Hangouts.
  • Strong collaborative abilities, with a confident approach to suggesting process improvements and working effectively with others.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the capacity to build a strong internal network.
  • Intermediate-level project coordination experience.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Experience supporting senior management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within or alongside large administrative teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive, GMeet). Familiarity with Quip, Slack, Salesforce, and Tableau is advantageous.
  • Must be located in a specified city and available for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in office).

Compensation and Benefits

Recruiting, hiring, and promotion decisions at Salesforce are based on merit. Compensation, benefits, promotions, transfers, workforce reductions, recalls, training, and education are handled fairly. The typical base salary range for this position in the US is $81,800 - $145,200 annually. In select high-cost-of-living areas like the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan regions, the range is $98,600 - $159,500 annually. This range covers base salary only and does not include potential bonuses, sales incentives, equity, or other benefits. Salesforce offers a comprehensive benefits package, including time off, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchase program.
