About the role
At the Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg, located on the Fleetinsel, you will join an international team of around 100 colleagues and trainees. Key responsibilities
- Support the hotel management in daily operations by handling correspondence, coordinating appointments, processing travel expense reports, and preparing presentations and documents.
- Work closely with the Cluster Marketing Manager to help plan and execute internal marketing activities.
- Assist in creating and maintaining marketing materials, social media content, and website updates to improve the hotel’s visibility.
- Organize administrative workflows, keep track of multiple projects, and ensure a well-structured office environment in the management area.
Candidate profile
- Previous experience in hospitality, administrative support, or marketing is preferred, but career changers are also welcome.
- Some initial exposure to marketing and an interest in social media are desirable.
- Confident use of Canva or similar visual design and image editing tools is expected.
- You should work in a structured and self-directed way while staying organized in a varied day-to-day environment.
- The role is open to full-time candidates as well as part-time applicants; part-time employment is possible from 20 hours per week.
- Strong written and spoken German and English skills are required.
