Overview
Unified Credit Solutions (UCS) is a B2B credit management organisation founded in 1991. The company operates across 21 countries in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and Europe, and its core services include business information, debt collection, receivables management and paralegal support.
We are looking for a seasoned, highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Director and Chairman directly. In this position, you will act as a dependable partner to senior leadership, keeping schedules on track, handling communications, coordinating priorities and helping the Executive Office run smoothly each day.
The role calls for excellent judgment, strong discretion, meticulous organisation and the ability to perform effectively in a demanding corporate setting while dealing professionally with internal teams, senior leaders, clients and overseas business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage demanding calendars, appointments, meetings and travel for the Director and Chairman.
- Serve as the main contact for executive communication by sorting and prioritising emails, calls and meeting requests.
- Draft polished correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes and other business documents.
- Work with internal teams to track progress on important projects and ensure action items are completed on time.
- Represent senior management professionally while communicating with clients, partners and international contacts.
- Handle sensitive information and executive correspondence with complete confidentiality.
- Arrange board meetings, leadership meetings and executive events, including all related logistics.
- Keep contracts, files, confidential records and executive documentation well organised and up to date.
- Gather information through research and prepare briefing notes to support business decisions.
- Stay ahead of executive needs, remove administrative bottlenecks and ensure day-to-day operations continue without disruption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a closely related field.
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders or C-level executives.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent organisation, time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills for engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Strong integrity, discretion and a consistent ability to protect confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations and business communications.
- Good problem-solving ability and the capacity to work independently while handling competing priorities.
- Professional presentation, positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality work.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this role is AED 8,000 to AED 9,000.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Experience required for the role is 5 to 10 years.
