- Take ownership of the CEO’s calendar, emphasize important meetings, and coordinate detailed domestic and international travel plans.
- Join critical meetings alongside the CEO to track decisions and guarantee action items are completed across teams.
- Perform extensive research on prospective partners, market developments, and sector opportunities to fully prepare the CEO for key engagements.
- Lead professional communications within the DACH region using native-level German to foster relationships and promote local projects.
- Create and polish documents for board meetings, investor presentations, and internal reports to maintain a high professional standard.
- Assist with operational or commercial tasks as necessary, acting as an extension of the founder to enhance internal reporting and workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate the utmost discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive company and investor information.
- Possess 2-3 years of experience within a fast-growing startup environment.
- Exhibit native or professional fluency in German, proficiently handling crucial business communications in both German and English.
- Show exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to juggle numerous tasks efficiently.
- Bring a startup mentality marked by a strong drive to effect change and the composure to perform effectively in a dynamic, rapid-paced setting.
Benefits
- Unmatched exposure to the evolution of a category-defining identity security company with direct collaboration alongside top executives.
- Significant impact by enabling the CEO to concentrate on business growth, positioning you as a key contributor to company success.
- Wellness benefits through an UrbanSports membership to support physical and mental health.
- Competitive compensation package with career growth opportunities as the company expands.
