Role Overview

This position is for an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO in a legal services environment. The role blends high-level administrative coordination with day-to-day operational support and requires local presence in Summerville or Charleston, South Carolina, while operating in a hybrid remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep the CEO’s calendar, email inbox, and communications organized, with timely triage and responses.

  • Track action items after meetings and nudge team members to keep commitments on schedule.
  • Coordinate client gifting activities, including welcome boxes and milestone gifts.
  • Arrange business travel, including hotel reservations, airfare, and ground transportation.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be based in or near Charleston or Summerville, South Carolina.
  • Ability to work independently and organize your own schedule without constant direction.
  • Comfort using Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, HubSpot, and Zoom.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to convey the CEO’s voice accurately.
  • Capacity to manage confidential information with discretion and respond well to feedback.

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience in executive support or administrative work.
  • Strong planning abilities and a habit of anticipating needs in advance.
  • Exposure to vendor coordination and subscription management.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
