Role Overview
This is a remote customer service role in the music retail sector. The position supports customers by handling product and service inquiries and helping resolve issues across phone, email, and chat channels. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or office environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong verbal communication skills, especially by phone, along with active listening.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Preferred Background
- Experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exposure to CRM software.
- Prior experience working remotely from home.
- Comfort using multiple browsers and systems at once.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
