Role Overview
This unique Executive Assistant position offers a chance to be the CEO's trusted right hand at one of Florida's rapidly expanding family law firms. At The Divorce Lawyers – Cabanas Law Firm, the successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced executive environment.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Work directly with the CEO to organize priorities and accelerate key decisions.
- Coordinate and propel high-impact projects ensuring they progress from discussion to completion.
- Maintain organization and readiness of the CEO concerning the highest firm priorities.
- Ensure meetings have clear agendas and conclude with documented action items and deadlines.
- Monitor executive commitments to ensure they are fulfilled without constant oversight.
- Facilitate efficient project progress across various departments and office locations.
- Prepare and organize financial and administrative documents accurately and accessibly.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with leadership, employees, vendors, and external partners.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Highly organized and proactive individual, able to anticipate needs ahead of time.
- Financially literate with a strong understanding of relevant administrative processes.
- Comfortable and confident using modern technology tools.
- Skilled at managing competing priorities and protecting the executive’s time.
- Effective communicator with professionalism across all levels of interaction.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
