- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all Board-facing interactions.
- Support Board travel, scheduling, and follow-up actions.
- Serve as a main contact for internal and external stakeholders interacting with the CEO’s office.
- Build strong working relationships with executive offices at customer, partner, investor, government, and peer organizations.
- Communicate confidently with CEOs, Board members, investors, and other senior executives.
- Help coordinate executive events, leadership offsites, customer meetings, and other strategic initiatives.
- Lead special projects and cross-functional work on behalf of the CEO and Chief of Staff.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with exceptional discretion.
- Bring order to ambiguity while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Support the expansion of executive office processes as the company continues to grow.
Required qualifications
