About the Company and Role

A prominent Life Science consultancy located near Marble Arch is looking for a diligent and proactive Executive Assistant to support their dynamic Founder and CEO. The firm highly values its workforce, organizing monthly social activities, annual overseas trips, and generous bonus plans every six months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the Founder and CEO's personal diary and calendar with precision.
  • Scheduling and preparing for meetings effectively.
  • Overseeing marketing and sales channels under the CEO's direction.
  • Coordinating both corporate and social events for the company.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Degree preferably from the University of Oxford or Cambridge, ideally in English, Law, or related fields.
  • Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative or team assistant roles.
  • Graduates with solid A Level results are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

  • Location: Marble Arch, London with two days working from home per week.
  • Salary range: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum.
