Role overview
A leading UAE-based organisation is looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant to support its Chairman and Vice President. The position calls for someone polished, self-assured, and steady under pressure, capable of working closely with top leadership and handling sensitive matters with the utmost care.
The selected candidate will serve as a dependable partner to senior executives, balancing demanding priorities, protecting confidentiality, and ensuring day-to-day executive operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end administrative and executive support to the Chairman and Vice President.
- Take charge of complex diaries, meeting coordination, business travel, and senior correspondence.
- Organise Board, committee, and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking follow-up items.
- Serve as a central liaison for both internal teams and external contacts.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of judgment and professionalism.
- Help coordinate work across several business areas and senior leadership groups.
- Assist with slides, reports, briefing packs, and executive communication materials.
- Stay ahead of priorities, troubleshoot issues proactively, and keep executive schedules running efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Executive Assistant or Executive Office positions.
- Direct experience supporting a Chairman, Vice Chairman, CEO, President, or a similar senior leader is mandatory.
- Exposure to Board interactions, governance activities, and executive decision-making settings.
- A confident executive style with the maturity to communicate credibly at senior level.
- Excellent organisational ability and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong discretion, sound judgment, and a consistently professional approach.
- Background in financial services, diversified business groups, family businesses, or large corporates is a strong advantage.
