The selected candidate will serve as a dependable partner to senior executives, balancing demanding priorities, protecting confidentiality, and ensuring day-to-day executive operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end administrative and executive support to the Chairman and Vice President.
  • Take charge of complex diaries, meeting coordination, business travel, and senior correspondence.
  • Organise Board, committee, and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking follow-up items.
  • Serve as a central liaison for both internal teams and external contacts.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of judgment and professionalism.
  • Help coordinate work across several business areas and senior leadership groups.
  • Assist with slides, reports, briefing packs, and executive communication materials.
  • Stay ahead of priorities, troubleshoot issues proactively, and keep executive schedules running efficiently.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in Executive Assistant or Executive Office positions.
  • Direct experience supporting a Chairman, Vice Chairman, CEO, President, or a similar senior leader is mandatory.
  • Exposure to Board interactions, governance activities, and executive decision-making settings.
  • A confident executive style with the maturity to communicate credibly at senior level.
  • Excellent organisational ability and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong discretion, sound judgment, and a consistently professional approach.
  • Background in financial services, diversified business groups, family businesses, or large corporates is a strong advantage.
