About the Role
STRIVE Search is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join a reputable Irish developer in County Longford. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based on-site, offering a competitive salary and the chance to contribute to a friendly, team-focused environment. The role is crucial in supporting the site management team with daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth progression of projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive daily assistance to the Senior Project Manager and Site Manager, which includes scheduling meetings, preparing essential reports, and aiding with staff timetables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all site visitors, managing general inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of materials and equipment, meticulously verifying delivery records and invoices.
- Maintain up-to-date records for plant and equipment, ensuring all certifications are current.
- Manage all project documentation, including templates, permits, checklists, Requests for Information (RFIs), and submittals.
- Support site safety administration, encompassing inductions, training records, access control management, and maintaining Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of snag lists, call-back registers, and final project handover documentation.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken communication.
