Role summary
This position is for an Executive Assistant who will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer in a full-time hybrid arrangement based in Bankstown, New South Wales, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role focuses on keeping the CEO’s day-to-day schedule, communications, and priorities running smoothly in a busy and fast-moving environment.
Key duties
The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO’s diary, coordinate appointments and meetings, prepare reports and documents, track and process expenses, maintain communication with stakeholders, and handle general administrative tasks. The role may also involve interstate travel depending on business needs.
Qualifications and fit
The right candidate should be highly organised, professional, and comfortable supporting senior leadership. Strong administrative capability, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure are important. Experience in healthcare or a management setting would be beneficial.
Skills and tools
Success in this role requires strong executive support capabilities, scheduling and diary coordination, expense management, report preparation, stakeholder communication, and confidence using common office and calendar software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
