Role Overview
This role is designed for a highly motivated and proactive individual possessing exceptional administrative skills to provide comprehensive support and guidance to the Chief Executive at Tiaki Wai.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver executive-level administrative assistance including managing the Chief Executive's diary and correspondence.
- Efficiently coordinate meetings, agendas, travel plans, and events proactively.
- Establish and uphold robust office procedures, document control systems, and effective reporting mechanisms.
- Provide leadership and influence towards continuous enhancement within the Executive Assistant network.
- Forge and maintain collaborative relationships across the Executive Leadership Team, external partners, and the wider organization.

Additional Information
- This is a full-time, permanent position based at the Petone Office, Wellington, totaling 40 hours per week.
- Salary range is between $74,325 and $104,929 inclusive of KiwiSaver contributions, dependent on qualifications and experience.
