Role Overview
The Executive Assistant to the CEO & Founder is a full-time, onsite role located near Kennett Square, PA. This position offers comprehensive administrative support including managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel logistics, and preparing meeting agendas and materials. The assistant will manage email communications, monitor follow-ups, and ensure the CEO is equipped for daily and strategic engagements. Additional duties include document organization, maintenance of confidential records, support for project management, and acting as liaison with both internal teams and external partners. The role also encompasses assisting with event planning, vendor coordination, and miscellaneous tasks that facilitate the CEO & Founder in concentrating on business expansion and brand growth.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to organize, manage time efficiently, and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including professional email correspondence and document creation.
- Proficiency in office software such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, calendar management, and digital filing systems.
- Experience supporting senior leadership in executive support or office administration roles.
- High discretion, integrity, and responsible management of confidential information.
- Detail-focused with strong problem-solving capabilities and the initiative to work independently.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment; background in consumer products or the beauty/fashion sector is advantageous.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related fields is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
