Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize meetings, managing logistics and documenting minutes
- Keep the CEO updated on urgent matters and ensure necessary follow-ups
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documents as required
- Oversee executive communications and prioritize information flow
- Plan and facilitate board and leadership meetings along with office events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related area preferred
- At least 5 years supporting senior executives in dynamic settings
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms like Slack or Teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
