Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is with a fast-scaling AI and SaaS organisation. You will support the CRO, who leads a highly active revenue function and operates at a senior level in a fast-moving environment. The role is designed for someone who can stay several steps ahead, keep priorities moving, and act as a dependable strategic partner rather than simply an administrative helper.
What you will handle
- Take full ownership of the CRO’s calendar, making sure priorities are tightly managed, focus time is protected, and each meeting has a clear purpose.
- Create concise agendas that help drive decisions and keep the CRO prepared for upcoming meetings and commitments.
- Coordinate travel from start to finish for both domestic and international trips.
- Oversee logistics, expense handling, and on-the-ground coordination without needing reminders.
- Work closely with direct reports, VPs, and the Chief of Staff to stay aligned with business priorities.
- Organise team gatherings and recognition initiatives in a thoughtful, personal way.
- Stay ahead of needs, identify potential issues early, and bring practical solutions.
- Manage confidential information carefully and use sound judgement at all times.
What the employer is looking for
- At least 3 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced tech, SaaS, or telecom environments.
- Previous exposure to Sales or Sales Leadership support is preferred.
- A track record of being trusted, discreet, and respected across different levels of an organisation.
- Strong business writing skills, including clear communication and polished agenda preparation with limited guidance.
- Ease in collaborating cross-functionally and building strong internal relationships.
- Excellent organisation skills paired with adaptability when priorities change quickly.
- A low-ego, high-performance approach with a genuine desire to grow.
- Comfort using Google Workspace, Slack, and expense management tools such as Brex, Navan, or Coupa.
- Professional executive presence and a real interest in supporting a high-achieving leadership team.
Additional information
This is not a conventional executive support position. It is a more strategic role focused on anticipating needs, enabling leadership effectiveness, and helping a revenue organisation operate smoothly at speed.
