Role Overview

A senior US marketing executive in the DTC and ecommerce space is looking for one full-time operator to help keep their newsletter, podcast, and LinkedIn presence organized, responsive, and growing. This is a long-term position for someone who can handle communication-heavy work with strong judgment and professionalism.

This is not a simple data-entry or basic virtual assistant role. The core of the job involves drafting written messages that real business contacts will read, so excellent writing judgment is the most important requirement.

Key Work Areas

  • Manage the LinkedIn inbox by sorting daily messages and connection requests, then drafting replies for approval.
  • Handle referral and partner follow-ups, maintain outreach cadences, record responses, and pursue pending action items.
  • Support sponsorship outreach by contacting brands for newsletter and LinkedIn placements, while tracking deliverables and invoices.
  • Coordinate podcast operations, including guest booking, editor coordination, publishing support, show notes, and thank-you follow-ups.
  • Repurpose content for X, Instagram, and Threads, schedule posts, and monitor comments.
  • Make phone calls to US billers, insurance providers, vendors, and quote sources.
  • Create a short SOP for each workflow handed over to you.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant writes excellent English with near-native tone judgment that feels warm and direct rather than stiff. You should already use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT every day, while also knowing when their output needs human review. Strong organization, initiative, and persistence are essential because you will be expected to follow up without repeated reminders. Comfort taking US calls during Eastern business hours is required, with at least a 9am to 1pm ET overlap.

This opportunity is best suited to someone seeking one stable long-term role rather than juggling multiple part-time clients.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay is between $1,750 and $1,950 per month depending on experience, with payment made through Wise. Additional benefits include 13th month pay, HMO stipend, internet stipend, and paid Philippine holidays. The role also includes access to a Claude subscription and AI-first workflows, with training provided.

You will work closely with the hiring manager on a daily basis, receive fast feedback, and take on meaningful responsibility. The position is intended to grow over time alongside the business.

Probation and Application Notes

The first 30 days are a paid probationary period with structured onboarding and assigned tasks.
