Role Overview
This position sits at the centre of a busy retail leadership environment, supporting the Vice President of LEGO Brand Retail Stores across AMS and EMEA. The role is designed for someone who can bring order, clear communication, and reliable operational support to a fast-moving team.
As the Executive Assistant, you will act as a dependable partner to the VP and the wider leadership group. Your contribution will help keep priorities organised, communication flowing, and day-to-day execution running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver senior-level administrative and operational support to the VP, including diary coordination, reporting, and day-to-day management assistance.
- Stay ahead of potential conflicts or delays by identifying needs early and suggesting practical solutions.
- Handle travel planning from start to finish, covering itineraries, accommodation, and visa arrangements.
- Prepare agendas and summaries for leadership meetings, track actions, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed.
- Coordinate the annual calendar for the VP and leadership team, including town halls, recurring meetings, seminars, and related planning.
- Assist with ad hoc project coordination and support Global Core Processes across people, finance, and communication planning.
- Represent the VP professionally when dealing with internal stakeholders and help build strong working relationships across the business.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, seminars, events, and the annual Store Manager summit in AMS.
- Support onboarding for new team members and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
- Organise quarterly off-site conferences for the LBR leadership team.
- Take part in additional ad hoc projects as required.

What We’re Looking For
The right candidate will bring substantial experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Business Enabler, or similar support role. You should be comfortable managing complex administrative work independently, balancing competing priorities, and adapting quickly when plans change.
- Strong service orientation, sound judgement, and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Confidence in handling several priorities at once in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Proven ability to plan and coordinate events.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft tools, IT platforms, and apps.
- Capability to create polished presentation materials.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- A structured, proactive, trustworthy, positive approach with global awareness.
