Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent and result-driven Executive Assistant specializing in Human Resources to join our recruitment team as a Global Operation Recruitment Associate. This full-time remote role requires candidates to have their own laptop to efficiently work from home.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to identify and define job position requirements.
• Craft engaging and attractive job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Source exceptional candidates including developers, IT engineers, AI researchers, and other professionals for our global technology team.
• Screen applicants through phone calls and platforms such as LinkedIn, Teams, and Telegram.
• Conduct interviews and support efforts to build a diverse and high-performing team.

Requirements

• Possess a degree preferably at the MSc, MA, MBA level or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Have at least one year of recruitment experience including expertise in interview techniques, candidate sourcing, and use of ATS and recruitment software.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, time management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Exhibit capability to develop effective strategies and make independent, swift decisions.
• Ability to establish cooperative working relationships based on trust.
