Team and Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and CTO, ensuring they can concentrate on the company's top priorities. In this role, you will manage agendas, oversee follow-up actions, and foster alignment and operational smoothness at the executive level by acting as a trusted partner.
Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO and CTO with daily priority management, calendar coordination, preparing necessary documentation, and facilitating seamless administrative workflows.
- Organize, structure, and follow through on executive and board meetings including scheduling, agenda planning, minute-taking, and monitoring action items.
- Serve as the central communication point for information flowing to and from the CEO and CTO, gaining comprehensive understanding of company-wide projects and ensuring timely dissemination of relevant updates.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism while managing sensitive and confidential information with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or related fields from a top-tier university.
- Strong enthusiasm for supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset committed to impactful contribution.
- Proven trustworthiness in handling confidential and sensitive data.
- Outstanding communication abilities with fluency in both German and English.
