About the Company

Core Health Naturals specializes in managing an extensive dental patient acquisition portfolio focused exclusively on the United States healthcare market. Currently expanding its outbound and inbound operations, the company seeks experienced sales professionals from any international voice background wanting to transition into the reliable and expanding US Healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming high-intent US leads by overcoming initial patient hesitations and objections with precision.
• Efficiently schedule and finalize treatment consultation appointments directly into the senior medical consultant's calendar.
• Accurately maintain real-time digital records of all patient communications, follow-ups, and schedule adherence metrics.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 6 years proven experience in US outbound or inbound voice processes, preferably from international BPO backgrounds.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively serve a diverse US patient demographic.
• Exceptional American English pronunciation with a C1+ professional US accent, free from any native tongue influence, plus clear, professional Spanish articulation.
• Strong command over vocabulary, active listening proficiency, and articulate verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable operating automated dialing systems, CRM software, and managing real-time digital calendars.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary ranging between ₹35,000 and ₹55,000, determined by accent verification, language skills, and experience credentials.
