Role Overview
Lift Maltings is looking for an organised and detail-oriented professional to manage the entire examination lifecycle. This crucial role ensures examinations are conducted efficiently, securely, and in compliance with awarding body regulations. You will collaborate with senior leaders, teaching staff, invigilators, and examination boards to guarantee smooth examination delivery and student support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete examination cycle, including managing entries, amendments, withdrawals, and communication with awarding bodies.
- Develop and manage examination timetables, student schedules, and disseminate information to staff and students.
- Arrange examination venues, seating plans, invigilator deployment, and special access arrangements.
- Ensure strict adherence to JCQ and awarding body regulations during all examinations.
- Lead and train a team of invigilators, managing their assignments.
- Handle results days, examination certificates, appeals, and enquiries about results.
- Coordinate internal examinations, including timetabling, venue management, and invigilation.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance throughout the examination process.

Additional Information
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. The role is based at Lift Maltings, Spinks Lane, Witham, Essex, CM8 1EP.
