Responsibilities
- Create and introduce updated administrative processes.
- Assess and improve existing administrative procedures.
- Assign duties to office support personnel.
- Set work priorities, monitor adherence to procedures, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Perform administrative duties for the organization.
- Gather information and prepare routine, special, and correspondence documents, including reports and manuals.
- Manage and coordinate office administration systems and procedures.
- Handle payroll administration.
Supervision
This position involves supervising 1 to 2 staff members.
