About Mindrift and the Role
Mindrift, powered by Toloka, is a leading partner in AI and machine learning data solutions since 2014, facilitating top experts to collaborate on advanced AI initiatives. With deep knowledge in scalable data generation and ML systems, Mindrift is launching a specialized Management Consulting domain focused on transforming authentic consulting engagements into structured learning tools that enhance AI’s reasoning and performance capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create authentic consulting project scenarios, capturing industry context, financial detail, constraints, conflicting information, and incomplete data.
- Develop discrete consulting tasks reflecting real-world processes such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, and strategic growth analysis for AI agents.
- Establish evaluation frameworks including grading rubrics and model solutions to support large-scale AI performance assessment via language model grading systems.
Candidate Profile
- Professionals with over three years of direct consulting experience from top-tier firms including McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
- Experienced in converting ambiguous client challenges into structured analytical plans and executing timely, client-ready deliverables.
- Skillful in formulating recommendations to address uncertainty with strong logical rigor and quality focus.
- Self-motivated with excellent written English communication (minimum B2 level).
Compensation
This remote, individual contributor position offers compensation up to $60 per hour dependent on contribution level and pace. Pay rates may vary across different projects on the Mindrift platform based on complexity and expertise required.
