Overview
A Dublin city centre organisation is looking for an Events & Marketing Executive to support the planning and delivery of lively events, activations and campaigns across the city. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into live experiences and working closely with a close-knit team.
The role involves coordinating major events, developing creative activations and liaising with businesses, suppliers and stakeholders to help bring more people into the city centre. It offers a varied workload and suits someone who likes juggling multiple projects while building strong working relationships.
What the role involves
- Assisting with the design, coordination and delivery of events, activations and city centre campaigns
- Managing event suppliers, venues, contractors and the practical logistics behind each activity
- Maintaining positive relationships with businesses, partners and other stakeholders
- Supporting promotional activity and event marketing initiatives
- Working in partnership with external agencies and service providers
- Helping produce social media content and event-related communications
- Preparing presentations, reports and marketing collateral in Canva
- Tracking event outcomes and compiling post-event reports
- Keeping website listings and event information up to date
