Main Responsibilities
- Design and lead comprehensive event marketing strategies encompassing audience segmentation, campaign planning, growth of registrations, engagement activities, and post-event outreach.
- Oversee attendee and speaker management for key events, ensuring smooth communication, thorough briefing, maintaining relationships, and seamless journeys from confirmation through follow-up.
- Conceptualize and supervise creative elements of flagship event brand experiences including booth design, event ambiance, and visual narratives.
- Direct creative aspects for sponsorship activations and local events, maintaining consistent brand guidelines across diverse markets.
- Establish direction for promotional merchandise (swag), aligning creative standards and coordinating fulfillment with operational teams.
- Prepare detailed creative briefs and manage partnerships with designers, agencies, and external suppliers across simultaneous projects.
- Forge and maintain strong connections with regional communities, business partners, venues, and relevant event stakeholders throughout Europe.
- Support event initiatives in additional international locations as necessary, ensuring cohesive execution of global campaigns.
- Track and analyze metrics such as attendance rates, audience engagement, brand impact, and return on investment for events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in partnerships, sales, operations, and marketing to achieve successful event outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing B2B field marketing efforts, comprehensive event programs, or large-scale community event activations.
- In-depth knowledge of event marketing tactics including audience targeting, campaign design, boosting registrations, and engagement strategies.
- Expertise in managing creative components of events such as booth conception, fabrication, brand experience, and physical marketing settings.
- Ability to develop clear creative briefs, oversee vendor relations, and uphold superior quality standards across multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and execute high-quality deliverables across diverse initiatives.
- Self-motivated and comfortable making decisions independently within a remote, distributed work environment.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Effective collaboration skills for working with international teams across time zones and cultures.
- Residence in the UK or Europe with flexibility for occasional travel across Europe, the US, and Singapore.
- Preferred: familiarity with event technology platforms, SaaS or tech firms, digital/SEO/content marketing, and managing global event programs.
