This position focuses on planning and managing both meetings and group business, with a strong emphasis on local event organisers for corporate and social occasions. The role calls for someone who can shape event strategies, introduce fresh ideas to improve the offering, and consistently deliver a distinctive, high-quality client experience. It also involves identifying and developing new business opportunities locally and internationally.
What You Need to Succeed
The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within a large hotel or hospitality environment, along with a strong understanding of event management in the hospitality industry. You should also have advanced relationship-building and business development capabilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a diverse, multicultural setting.
